The Opportunity
Since 2023, Epiphany Blue has partnered with Citizens Committee for New York City (CCNYC), a micro-funding nonprofit that supports neighborhood leaders working to build more connected, resilient, and healthy communities. CCNYC engaged us to produce two of their flagship events—the New Yorkers for New York Gala and All In for NYC Fall Cocktail Reception—to honor grassroots changemakers, celebrate cultural diversity, and showcase the organization’s mission of sustainability and local impact.
Our Approach
Epiphany Blue delivered full-scale event production services, including concept development, planning, vendor management, and on-site execution. We sourced venues, coordinated catering, built and managed the guest registration process, curated the run of show, and oversaw every event-day detail. With a deep understanding of CCNYC’s mission, we approached event design with purpose—producing immersive experiences that reflected community values and environmental advocacy. Highlights included a living fence installation as a tribute to green space preservation, a grassroots partner showcase to amplify local organizations, and entertainment that celebrated NYC’s diverse cultural fabric.
