The Opportunity

Peloton engaged Epiphany Blue to design and produce an immersive DEI Fair experience for 200 employees during their internal DEI Summit. The objective was to create a culturally attuned, mission-aligned activation that reflected Peloton’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, while fostering connection, cross-team engagement, and a sense of celebration among staff.

Our Approach

To bring Peloton’s vision to life, Epiphany Blue curated a vibrant, carnival-themed experience that blended nostalgic fun with intentional DEI messaging. We provided end-to-end event support, including concept development, vendor sourcing, branded décor, and guest engagement strategy. Every detail—from interactive stations to visual storytelling—was designed to encourage connection, celebrate cultural diversity, and create inclusive shared moments. On-site logistics were carefully coordinated to maintain an energetic and seamless guest flow throughout the activation.
