The Opportunity

Children’s Aid hosts a biennial Staff Summit to unite employees from across the organization for a day of connection, reflection, and renewal. Designed to foster team building, reduce stress, and help staff reconnect with their purpose, the 2023 Summit required a fresh, immersive approach. Children’s Aid turned to Epiphany Blue to bring their vision to life, trusting our expertise in wellness-centered events and experience-driven planning.

Our Approach

Epiphany Blue provided full planning and on-site management support, with a strong focus on vendor coordination and flow logistics. Collaborating closely with Children’s Aid’s internal planning committee, we shaped an event aligned with their “Mission: Possible” theme. From a spy-themed photo booth to a mobile escape room challenge, every activation was curated to spark engagement and connection. Our team oversaw venue management, vendor sourcing and scheduling, volunteer training, and run-of-show execution. In total, we coordinated with ten external vendors to create an energizing and seamless experience.

The Results

  • Over 775 attendees from all departments across Children’s Aid participated.
  • We oversaw a team of 100+ volunteers who supported setup, check-in, and day-of logistics.
  • The massage lounge and wellness areas were among the most appreciated features.
  • Branded spy-themed giveaways were a hit, with positive feedback in post-event surveys.

Children’s Aid praised Epiphany Blue’s leadership, noting a noticeable reduction in pre-event stress and seamless day-of coordination.
