The Opportunity

Each October, NYPACE hosts its Annual Fundraiser & Celebration event, an inspiring evening that honors the achievements of entrepreneurs supported through its pro bono advisory programs. As their 2022 event was the first since the pandemic, they needed a dynamic, well-executed, and welcoming experience that would reengage their donors, supporters, and guests. This event is a critical opportunity to highlight the organization’s mission of supporting under-resourced entrepreneurs through pro bono consulting, resulting in job creation and sustainable economic development in New York City.

Our Approach

Since 2022, Epiphany Blue has served as NYPACE’s trusted event planning partner, delivering end-to-end support for the annual fundraiser & celebration. We’ve provided comprehensive event planning and management services. From venue coordination to run-of-show execution, our team ensured every detail was meticulously managed. We also curated and produced an on-site entrepreneurial marketplace that brought together emerging brands and local creatives. As NYPACE’s guest list grew over the years, from 160 to almost 300 attendees, we scaled the event experience to match by enhancing logistics, expanding the venue layout, and elevating programming to ensure a seamless and impactful celebration for all.

The Results
