The Opportunity
America’s Big Sisters, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls ages 9–18, partnered with Epiphany Blue to produce the New York City stop of its national All Girls Matter EmpowHERment Summit. With the event taking place during National Teen Self-Esteem Month, the goal was to create a dynamic experience that fostered confidence, advocacy, and connection.
Our Approach
Epiphany Blue was the lead event production partner, managing all logistics, program development, and on-site coordination at St. John’s University. We secured NYC Public Schools Districts 17 and 18 as co-partners for the event, thus confirming the participation of over 200 girls. We curated interactive breakout sessions and panels featuring high-profile women leaders in business, education, media, and wellness. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to inspire personal growth and unity among attendees, from speaker engagement to student performances.
The Results
